# Cancel your subscription (Help)

Cancel Pro or Business at any time. Your codes keep working afterwards.

## Cancel [#cancel]

1. Open the billing portal: your avatar menu → **Manage billing**, or **Settings** → **Usage & billing** → **Manage subscription**.
2. Cancel the subscription there.

## What happens next [#what-happens-next]

- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You aren't charged again.
- Then your account moves to Free.
- Every dynamic code keeps redirecting, and every scan is still recorded.
- If you're over a Free limit, you can't create more until you're under it. You can still change where codes point, archive them and export them.

If you [delete your account](https://qrdx.dev/docs/help/account-and-billing/delete-your-account), QRdx cancels your subscription straight away.
