# Find invoices and receipts (Help)

Download invoices and payment receipts, and add your company details, in the billing portal.

Invoices come from [Polar](https://polar.sh), which sells QRdx subscriptions as merchant of record.

## Download an invoice or receipt [#download-an-invoice-or-receipt]

1. Open the billing portal: your avatar menu → **Manage billing**, or **Settings** → **Usage & billing** → **Manage subscription**.
2. Find the order in your purchase history.
3. Download the invoice or the receipt.

In the portal you can also edit an invoice to add a company name, a VAT number or a billing address.

These links only appear once you have a paid subscription.

Polar adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.

## Refunds [#refunds]

We look at refund requests case by case. Email [support@qrdx.dev](mailto:support@qrdx.dev) from your account's email address with the date of the charge and the reason.
