# Sign-in methods and email address (Help)

Sign in with Google, GitHub or an email code, link sign-in methods and change your email address.

## Ways to sign in [#ways-to-sign-in]

- **Google** or **GitHub**.
- **Email code**: enter your email, then type the 6-digit code we send. A code works for 5 minutes.

The first time you sign in, QRdx creates your account. There's no password to remember.

## Link Google or GitHub [#link-google-or-github]

Go to **Settings** → **Account** → **Sign-in methods**.

- **Email code** is always on.
- Link Google or GitHub to sign in with one click. The account must use the same email address as your QRdx account.
- Click **Unlink** to remove one.

## Change your email address [#change-your-email-address]

1. Go to **Settings** → **Account**.
2. Next to **Email**, click **Change**.
3. Enter the new address and type the code we send to it.

For your safety, you need to have signed in within the last 24 hours.

## Sign out of other devices [#sign-out-of-other-devices]

Under **Sessions** in **Settings** → **Account**, sign out of one device, or click **Sign out everywhere else**.
