To get an answer faster, include:

- the email address of your QRdx account;
- the short link or page link, if it's about a code or a page;
- what you expected and what happened, with a screenshot if you can.

## The support widget [#the-support-widget]

On qrdx.dev, the support and feedback widget sits in a corner of the page. It appears after you allow **Functionality** cookies. Choose **Cookie settings** in the site footer to change your choice.
