Find how many people scanned a dynamic QR code, when, where and on which device.

Every scan of a dynamic code is counted. Static codes aren't tracked.

## One code [#one-code]

Go to **Codes** and click the code's name. The top of the page shows:

- **Total scans** and **Scans in range** (the dates you picked).
- **Unique visitors**: each visitor counts once per day.
- **Last scan**.

Below that are charts for countries, cities, devices, operating systems, browsers and referrers, plus when people scan and in which language.

## All your codes [#all-your-codes]

The **Analytics** page in your dashboard shows totals for every code, your top codes, countries, devices and languages. **Compare codes** puts up to 4 codes side by side.

## Date ranges and history [#date-ranges-and-history]

Pick 7, 30 or 90 days, 1 year or 3 years. How far back you can look depends on your plan:

- **Free**: 90 days.
- **Pro**: 3 years.
- **Business**: unlimited.

## Download your scans [#download-your-scans]

On a code's page, click **Export CSV**. You get up to 50,000 scans for the selected dates, with the time, place, device, operating system, browser and referrer of each.

## What isn't counted [#what-isnt-counted]

Bots and link previews aren't counted. If one network scans the same code more than 20 times in a minute, the extra scans aren't counted. The code still opens every time.

## Privacy [#privacy]

QRdx never stores a scanner's IP address. See [What QRdx records when someone scans](https://qrdx.dev/docs/help/privacy-and-security/scan-data).
