# Collect answers with a form (Help)

Create a feedback form, survey or sign-up form, and read the responses in your dashboard.

## Create a form [#create-a-form]

1. Go to **Pages** and click **New page**.
2. Choose **Feedback & forms**.
3. Pick a template: **Guest feedback**, **NPS survey** or **Sign-up form**.
4. Click **Create page**, edit the questions, then click **Publish**.

You can also add a **Form** block to any other page.

## Read the responses [#read-the-responses]

In **Pages**, open the page's menu (**⋯**) and choose **Responses**.

Click **Export CSV** to download the responses as a spreadsheet.

## Get an email for each response [#get-an-email-for-each-response]

On Pro and Business, go to **Settings** → **Notifications** and turn on **Form submissions**.

## Monthly limits [#monthly-limits]

Each workspace can collect a number of responses each calendar month (UTC):

- **Free**: 50.
- **Pro**: 1,000.
- **Business**: 10,000.

When the limit is reached, visitors see "This form isn't accepting responses right now." The form takes responses again next month, or right away after you upgrade.

## Spam [#spam]

Forms have built-in spam protection. You don't need to set anything up.
