# Create a team and invite people (Help)

Share codes, pages and themes with your team. Teams need Pro or Business.

A team is a shared workspace. Everyone in it works on the same codes, pages, files, domains and themes.

## Create a team [#create-a-team]

1. Open the workspace switcher at the top of the dashboard sidebar. It shows **Personal** when you're in your own workspace.
2. Click **Create team**.
3. Fill in a **Team name** and a **Team URL** (3 to 48 lowercase letters, numbers and dashes).
4. Create the team. QRdx switches you into it.

Creating a team needs Pro or Business.

## Invite someone [#invite-someone]

1. Go to **Team** in the dashboard sidebar.
2. Enter their email address and choose a role: **Member** or **Admin**. See [Team roles](https://qrdx.dev/docs/help/teams/roles).
3. Click **Create invite link**.

QRdx emails the invitation and shows a link you can share yourself. The confirmation tells you whether the email was sent.

## Accepting an invitation [#accepting-an-invitation]

- The invited person opens the link and signs in with the **same email address** the invite was sent to.
- They click **Accept invitation**, or **Decline**.
- Invite links expire after 48 hours.

## Switch between workspaces [#switch-between-workspaces]

Use the workspace switcher to move between **Personal** and your teams. Codes you create go into the workspace you're in.
