Collect answers with a form
Create a feedback form, survey or sign-up form, and read the responses in your dashboard.
Create a form
- Go to Pages and click New page.
- Choose Feedback & forms.
- Pick a template: Guest feedback, NPS survey or Sign-up form.
- Click Create page, edit the questions, then click Publish.
You can also add a Form block to any other page.
Read the responses
In Pages, open the page's menu (⋯) and choose Responses.
Click Export CSV to download the responses as a spreadsheet.
Get an email for each response
On Pro and Business, go to Settings → Notifications and turn on Form submissions.
Monthly limits
Each workspace can collect a number of responses each calendar month (UTC):
- Free: 50.
- Pro: 1,000.
- Business: 10,000.
When the limit is reached, visitors see "This form isn't accepting responses right now." The form takes responses again next month, or right away after you upgrade.
Spam
Forms have built-in spam protection. You don't need to set anything up.
