Seats and team limits
How many people a team can have, and how to leave, remove someone or delete a team.
How many seats you get
- Pro: 3 seats, including the owner.
- Business: unlimited seats.
- Free: no teams.
A team uses the best plan among its owners. Members don't need their own subscription.
Pending invitations use a seat
An invitation takes a seat until it's accepted or revoked. To free the seat, find the invitation on the Team page and click Revoke.
If the owners' plan changes
People already in the team stay. Only new invitations are blocked until there's a free seat.
Remove someone
On the Team page, click Remove next to their name, then Remove member. Only admins and owners can remove members.
The codes and pages they created stay with the team.
Leave a team
On the Team page, click Leave team.
If you're the only owner, make someone else an owner first. See Team roles.
Delete a team
Owners can click Delete team on the Team page. To confirm, type the team's URL.
Nothing stops working. Each code, page, file and domain moves to the personal workspace of the person who created it, and printed codes keep redirecting.
