Use your own domain

With a custom domain, your codes encode go.yourbrand.com/… instead of a qrdx.dev link. People see your brand before they scan. Pro includes 5 domains and Business 25.

Connect a domainCopy Anchor Link

1. Go to Domains in your dashboard and click Add domain.
2. Enter the domain, for example go.yourbrand.com. A subdomain works best: your main website stays where it is.
3. Add the DNS records QRdx shows at your DNS provider, the place where you bought the domain or manage its DNS. Copy the values exactly.
4. Click Verify.

The status shows Waiting for DNS until the records are found, then Verified. DNS changes usually show up within minutes, but can take up to 48 hours.

Use it for a codeCopy Anchor Link

• New code: pick your domain in Short link domain before you click Create code.
• Existing code: choose the domain in Edit link, save, then download the code again. The encoded link has changed.

Printed codes keep workingCopy Anchor Link

Every code also keeps working at its qrdx.dev link. Codes you printed before moving to your domain don't break.

Moving a code from one custom domain to another does break codes printed with the old domain. QRdx warns you before you save.
