Delete your account
Permanently delete your QRdx account and what's in it. Your dynamic codes stop working.
Deleting your account can't be undone. Your personal dynamic codes stop working: scanners see "QR code not found". Export your data first.
Delete
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Under Danger zone, click Delete account….
- Type
deleteto confirm. - Click Email me a code and type the 6-digit code we send you.
- Click Delete account.
What gets deleted
Your personal workspace: its codes, scans, pages, files and domains, plus your themes, webhooks and integrations. You're signed out on every device.
Your subscription
If you pay for Pro or Business, QRdx cancels the subscription straight away.
Your teams
- In a team where you're the only member, the team is deleted.
- In a team with other members, another member becomes owner and keeps the team's codes and pages.
Just want to stop paying?
You don't need to delete your account. Cancel your subscription and your codes keep working on Free.
