Find invoices and receipts
Download invoices and payment receipts, and add your company details, in the billing portal.
Invoices come from Polar, which sells QRdx subscriptions as merchant of record.
Download an invoice or receipt
- Open the billing portal: your avatar menu → Manage billing, or Settings → Usage & billing → Manage subscription.
- Find the order in your purchase history.
- Download the invoice or the receipt.
In the portal you can also edit an invoice to add a company name, a VAT number or a billing address.
These links only appear once you have a paid subscription.
Taxes
Polar adds sales tax or VAT where it applies.
Refunds
We look at refund requests case by case. Email support@qrdx.dev from your account's email address with the date of the charge and the reason.
